The members of the Little Silver Business and Professional Association wrote the book on working together to create a healthy and successful business environment in their community — so it’s only fitting that the organization’s sole annual fundraiser be a much-anticipated book sale.
A Book and Media Fair, to be precise — an event that returns for its fifth year to the Women’s Club (Church Street and Rumson Road in Little Silver) this Saturday, October 18.
Book donations are being accepted now at numerous participating businesses around town, and can be dropped off at the Women’s Club on Thursday and Friday evening. Sale hours for Saturday’s Book and Media Fair are 9 am to 3 pm.
Comprised of more than 70 local business owners, the LSBPA has served the community for over seven years, working to build awareness of the benefits of shopping and supporting local business while giving back to the community through various fundraising efforts, donations and events.
