LINCROFT: SMALL BUSINESS, BIG IMPACT

marc-willson-4002174Small business expert and consultant Marc Willson visits Brookdale Community College — and makes free house calls to area businesses — during a week of free events and services that kick off with a BCC workshop on June 8.

Press release from Brookdale Community College

The America’s Small Business Development Center (ASBDC) New Jersey at Brookdale Community College, in collaboration with the Navesink Business Group and the Eastern Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce, is providing Red Bank and neighboring towns a tailored, no-cost, high-impact program for their small business communities.

The kickoff workshop event will occur on June 8 at the Lincroft campus of Brookdale Community College, from 6 to 8:30 pm (with a networking session beginning at 5 pm). The June 8 workshop will address strategies for business growth and will be led by retail and restaurant expert Marc Willson, who consults to State of Virginia, Main Street New Jersey, and multiple small businesses and large corporations.

Throughout the week of June 8-12, registered businesses also have the opportunity to receive no-cost, one-on-one, confidential 90 minute counseling sessions with Marc Willson in the business owner’s place of business (limited availability, pre-registration required) as well as receiving continued counseling by ASBDC consultants.

Serving the small business communities of Monmouth and Ocean counties, the ASBDC New Jersey at Brookdale Community College has been recognized as a driving force in aiding small business growth. The Red Bank Small Business, Big Impact event is focused on training and consulting for the year-round destination retail, restaurant and professional business communities.

Take it here to register for the event, or call (732)842-8685.
