LITTLE SILVER: A CALL TO SHAPE OUR WORLD

Press release from Red Bank Regional High School

What is your vision for the future of Red Bank Regional High School? The RBR School Board wants to know, and encourages you to participate in the creation of a five year plan which will guide our school’s future. All students and parents (present and future) teachers, alumni and community members are invited to lend their voice as we go through this important process. The meetings takes place at the RBR Media Center located at the school campus at 101 Ridge Road in Little Silver.

“The Board of Education very much wants the participation of the community to help set goals, and reaffirm, modify or create a new mission statement for the school district.  The Board will in turn follow those goals in planning policy for the district going forward,” states RBR’s Interim Superintendent Tom Pagano.  He adds, “It is a very affirming process on the grass-roots level where citizens determine what they want their school district to be.”

The process will continue throughout the school-year with a final report planned to present to the Board in June.  Future RBR Strategic Planning Meetings are as follows:

Thursday, November 12, 7 pm

Friday, January 22, 6 pm

Saturday, January 23, 8:30 am (with snow dates for the same time on February 5 & 6)

Tuesday, February 23, 7 pm

Please contact Strategic Planning Coordinator Suzanne Keller, at (732)842-8000 ext. 1236, or email [email protected] for any additional information.
