rbr-500x283-5723325Press release from Red Bank Regional High School

The Niche.com, Inc. recently released its 2015 national and state “Best School Districts” ratings, and ranked Red Bank Regional High School (RBR), as number 31 in the listing of best school districts in New Jersey. It also ranked RBR as the third best school district in Monmouth County, behind Rumson-Fair Haven Regional (21) and Holmdel (30).

RBR received an overall school district grade of “A.” It is ranked at number 250 in the nation among all the 8,738 school districts examined by Niche, based on dozens of key statistics and 4.6 million opinions from 280,000 students and parents.

The overall grade results from Niche’s comprehensive assessment of the total experience of the district using data sourced from various government and public data sources, Niche’s own proprietary data, and opinion-based survey responses of current students, recent alumni and parents.

Several remarks from parents and students found on the Niche website follows: “The teachers are very knowledgeable… The administration is very involved…Many after school activities and clubs!!…The entire staff is very pro active…I feel I was very lucky to be accepted into this school and get to be a part of the VPA program…”

Niche was founded in 2002 as College Prowler by a Carnegie Mellon Business major as a statistical on-line company for ranking colleges. It later added the rankings of K-12 school, cities and neighborhoods to its site.
