Members of the Chinese, French and Spanish National Honor Societies at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School recently asked RFH students to “bag a lunch and help a bunch.”
As a result, $430.15 was raised on October 14th for Table to Table, a charitable organization providing meals to New Jersey families in need.
Students participated by bringing home a brown paper lunch bag and returning it the next day – along with the amount they would typically spend on a single lunch – to the “Bag a Lunch” Team Captains.
“I am very pleased with the participation of the RFH students, and the work of our Team Captains,” said RFH French Teacher Christine Berg. “And I am happy that the money raised will be used to help our fellow New Jersey residents.”
