VETERANS DAY CEREMONIES 2015

vets-111110fh 2 111112The monument to war veterans at Monmouth Street and Drummond Place in Red Bank, above, and Memorial Park in Fair Haven, at right, are once again host sites for  Veterans Day commemorations Wednesday.

FAIR HAVEN:
Wednesday, 11 a.m.

Come help us show our thanks and gratitude for all that our veterans have done for us by joining us at Memorial Park (across River Road from he Borough Hall). There will be special guest speakers, a Knollwood School band performance, and more.

Borough offices, including the library and DPW, are closed.

LITTLE SILVER:
Wednesday, 11 a.m.

The Borough will observe Veterans Day with a brief ceremony at 11 a.m. at Memorial Park, Prospect Avenue opposite Kings Road. Please join us to honor those who fought for our country.

Borough offices and recycling center are closed.

RED BANK:
Wednesday, 11 a.m.

Councilwoman Linda Schwabenbauer, liaison to the Red Bank Parks and Recreation Department, invites everyone to join the Mayor and Council for a Veterans Day Service in front of the Veterans Monument at 51 Monmouth Street as they pay tribute to those who have served to protect our country.

Borough offices closed.

RUMSON:

Borough holiday. (Garbage will be collected).

SEA BRIGHT:

SHREWSBURY:
