‘SMOOCH’ SWEEPSTAKES: OFFICIAL RULES

In conjunction with its Smooch Valentines page, redbankgreen is conducting drawings for $200 worth gift cards from Red Bank RiverCenter. No purchase is necessary, however.

The complete rules are below.

1. Eligibility: redbankgreen’s Smooch Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) is open only to U.S. citizens and legal residents of the United States. Employees of redbankgreen, Mister Pine, LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; and (c) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

2. Sponsor: Mister Pine, LLC, P.O. Box 8683, Red Bank, NJ 07701.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on January 25, 2016 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 20, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Sweepstakes includes a pre-publication period (“pre-publication”), that begins on January 25, 2016 at 9 a.m. ET and ends on February 13, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. ET; and a post-publication (“post-publication”) period that begins on February 14, 2016 at 9 a.m. ET and ends on February 20, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (ET).

4. How To Enter:
A: Participate in the Sweepstakes during the pre-publication period by either:

(1): by submitting an entry, in the form of a purchase (“purchase”) of a Smooch Valentine message, before 9:00 p.m on February 13, 2016. Purchasers will be automatically entered into the drawing;

or, because no purchase is necessary,

(2): by sending an email (“email entry”) to [email protected], with the words “Smooch 2016 prize drawing” in the subject line and, your name, full address, phone number and email address in the body of the email, before 9:00 p.m on February 13, 2016.

or

B: Participate in the Sweepstakes during the post-publication period by completing the “claim this Smooch” steps on a purchased and published Smooch Valentine and correctly matching the intended recipient’s email address, as supplied in advance by the purchaser, thereby correctly “claiming” a Smooch.

Limit: one entry per contestant.

5. Prizes: Each entry enters the contestant into a drawing to win one of three Red Bank RiverCenter gift cards, in denominations of $100, $75 and $25, redeemable by participating Red Bank businesses.

6. Drawings: Three sequential drawings for the prizes (“Prizes”) described herein will use a manual process, and winners will be selected randomly. Winners will be notified immediately after the drawing, and prizes will be available for pick-up at by appointment in Red Bank, New Jersey.

7. Prizes (“Prizes”): One $100 gift card to participating Red Bank businesses; one $75 gift card to participating Red Bank businesses; and one $25 gift card to participating Red Bank businesses.

8. Publicity: All contestants grant redbankgreen/Mister Pine LLC. the right to publish their names and towns of residence.

9. Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and all its employees and agents collectively and individually from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, impaired relationships or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes. Contestants assume all risks of participating in Sweepstakes.

10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Winner List: The winner list will be posted on redbankgreen.com after the winner confirmation is complete and will remain available there for no less than 30 days afterward. Following the 30-day period, the winner list may be obtained by contacting the Sponsor.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL DISCLOSURE REGARDING SMOOCH ADS

• Smooches are available for purchase until 9 p.m. on February 13, 2016.

• Smooches will be published on February 14, 2016, and remain published for 30 days. Recipients will have until 5 p.m. on February 20, 2016 to claim their Smooches. See above for the compete set of rules.

• redbankgreen reserves the right to reject Smooch ads for any reason whatsoever.
