According to Daragh Kneeshaw, co-founder with Joey Garafalo of Peak Projects and Run the Hook “Our hometowns and beaches have seen more than their fair share of hardships over these past several years, so it’s a thrill for us to be able to showcase Sandy Hook in our debut event, and simultaneously help the area through our partnership with Clean Ocean Action.”
In addition to the food offered before the race, there will be a lineup of local food trucks on the venue grounds for spectators to enjoy as they take in the breathtaking views of the Sandy Hook Bay.

Registration includes access to the race, custom t-shirt, gift bag with products and coupons from race sponsors, timed chip results, and entry to a nearby after-party (location to be announced) after the race.
