A weakening of Hurricane Hermine as it traveled across the Florida panhandle led the National Weather Service to downgrade it to a tropical storm early Friday. But the future track of the storm remains uncertain, and it could douse the area that includes the Greater Red Bank Green in up to three inches of rain Saturday and Sunday, the NWS said in a forecast issued Friday morning.
