RED BANK: REPORT OF SHOTS INVESTIGATED

AUTHORITIES_RB-2016-v2Red Bank police are investigating a report of shots fired on the West Side Wednesday afternoon, according to Chief Darren McConnell.

No one has been found to have been injured in the purported shooting, which occurred at about 4:15 p.m. on Tilton Avenue near the corner of West Sunset Avenue, he said.

 

He declined to comment on a report that shell casings had been recovered.

McConnell said police are investigating and no additional information is being released immediately.
