LINCROFT: CBA HOLDS ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE

2016-open_house-tech-club-4882853Members of the Tech Club at Christian Brothers Academy explain the details of their program to attendees at last weekend’s CBA Open House for the Class of 2021.

Press release from Christian Brothers Academy

On Sunday, October 2, Christian Brothers Academy held its annual Open House event for prospective students and their families. Information on a full lineup of the academics, activities and athletics available to CBA students was on display, as were the hard-working faculty and staff members who make such programming possible.

Attendees were given the chance to meet current students, tour the facilities, and register for the upcoming October 29 Entrance Exam. Over 40 different student clubs and organizations were on display, as were the 18 Varsity athletic programs and the state-record eight ShopRite Cups.

Director of Admissions Kevin Donahue and student members of CBA’s Ambassadors program were on hand to field questions, as well as to show interested students and families around the campus.

Those visiting for the first time got an inside look into the traditions and offerings that have led each year to a consistent level of success. In last year’s graduating class alone, nearly 70 percent of seniors received college academic scholarships and over $29.2 million in total college academic scholarships were awarded. This number does not reflect the athletic scholarships awarded. Additionally, within CBA, over $1.3 million in scholarships and financial aid were and continue to be awarded to current students in their pursuit of a CBA diploma.

Remember: Nothing makes a Red Bank friend happier than to hear "I saw you on Red Bank Green!"
