This year’s edition of the Red Bank Easter Egg hunt, traditionally held at Eastside Park, will be held Saturday at Count Basie Fields to make it easier for more families to attend, according to Parks and Rec Director Charlie Hoffman.
Following the arrival of the Easter Bunny, with a police escort, the hunt for 5,000 treat-filled eggs goes off at 2 p.m. sharp, and parents are asked to bring baskets or bags for the eggs. Afterward, children are encouraged to stay for face-painting, tattoos and crafts, as well as pictures with the bunny.
