Red Bank will mark Veterans Day Monday with its annual ceremony at Riverside Gardens Park. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m at Riverside Gardens Park. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the Elks Lodge #233 located at 40 W. Front Street.

Borough Hall is closed for the holiday as is the Red Bank Public Library.
