Just in case you were one of the people we saw needlessly standing by a the downtown Red Bank parking kiosk in the pouring rain Wednesday to try and pay, here’s a reminder that could have spared you a soaking: parking is free until Christmas.
Park in any public pay lot or metered spot at no charge while shopping, dining, or just soaking in the holiday vibes.
Also this weekend, free holiday trolley rides are being offered once again courtesy of Red Bank RiverCenter. The trolley loops around the downtown on December 14, and 15 from 12pm to 4pm. The trolley stops on Bridge Avenue (Edmund Wilson Plaza), Mechanic Street (between Char and Dor L’ Dor, and Broad Street (in front of Yestercades). There is also holiday music on tap between stops.
