What: Red Bank ceramic trinket dish or other items by the mother-daughter team behind Masa Pottery. Or, if you have more dough to spend, how about a painting of Broad Street in the summertime by artist Leonardo Ruggieri?

Where: Red Bank Artisan Collective 43 Broad Street, Red Bank. 

Why? The Artisan Collective sells works by 40 different artists, from jewelry and painting to pottery and candles. You’re supporting both the business and the artists themselves and you’re getting a highly unique gift your loved one ain’t gonna get anywhere else. Those little dishes can be used as an incense dish, an ashtray or whatever.

How much?  Masa Pottery items range from $10 to $28. The painting, entitled “Open Table” is priced at $925. The artist is local too, so perhaps can hire him to add some cars roaring by in the background and give it to your favorite relative complaining on Facebook about Broadwalk so they can stare at their preferred version of reality.
