Thousands packed the streets of downtown Red Bank Friday evening for the annual Town Lighting, featuring the 33rd annual concert by Holiday Express, hot chocolate served up by the volunteer fire department and frigid wind chills that perhaps inspired more bopping and dancing than we’ve seen at these events.
