Nick Brown, a special effects artist from the Atlantic Highlands, was seen driving his creatively decorated Halloween car around Red Bank this past Sunday. He said that the vehicle, adorned with his own hand-sculpted decorations, received mostly positive reactions from onlookers. Brown, who has been honing his Halloween effects craft since 2022, hopes to eventually land a gig at Netflix.
