Jocelyn Ruth Midose, longtime owner of Earth Spirit New Age Center has died, according to a recent obituary and an announcement from Red Bank RiverCenter.
“From 1991 to 2018 Joyce provided readings and spiritual advice to countless people,” the announcement in the RiverCenter newsletter states. “Her work cemented Earth Spirit as one of New Jersey’s most prominent spiritual destinations. As our downtown mourns this loss we take comfort in the fact that her legacy continues to this day at 18 Broad Street.”
Jocelyn’s son, Christopher, continues running the business he founded with his mother.
Joycelyn was predeceased by her husband Stanley J. Midose in 2021. She is survived by her two sons, Stanley and Christopher Midose, two grandchildren, Joshua and Jeffrey Midose and a great grandchild.
