The Red Bank Zoning Board has rescheduled for December 3 a hearing on a property owner’s plan to connect two Victorian homes on Broad Street with a bridge and build a six-unit apartment building behind them.
The board held an initial hearing in June on owner John Smallwood’s plan for the properties at 199 and 205 Broad Street.
A subsequent hearing was also pushed back to this Thursday, and it had been listed on an agenda the meeting posted to the borough website earlier this week. But an updated version now states the application has been forwarded to the early December date.
The board is scheduled to consider a property owner’s plan to build a two-story addition on a home at 26 Waverly Place. Click here for the agenda.
