How’s this for a train station redevelopment idea?

The pop-up taco vendors Tacos Los Mandones, known on social media as El Mandoon, drew a long line Thursday night at the end of Oakland Street near the Red Bank train station. The business moves to various locations, serves tacos, then disappears. (Partyline photo and text by Brian Donohue.)
