RBR VOICES RING OUT THE YEAR ON HIGH NOTE

The year 2015 was a banner one for vocal majors from the Visual and Performing Arts program at Red Bank Regional High School, who were named to several honors programs, and took part in several prestigious regional programs this year. The new year promises to begin on a high note as well, as RBR sends its talented students to perform in several other honor programs.

Fifteen Red Bank Regional students will be part of the prestigious New Jersey All Shore Chorus, when RBR once again hosts the honors ensemble’s annual performance in February 2016. LITTLE SILVER: RBR SENDS EIGHT TO ALL-STATE

AllStateHonorsChoirsEight Visual and Performing Arts vocal majors will be representing Red Bank Regional in the prestigious All-State Chorus, during concert events scheduled for November and February in Newark and Atlantic City.

Each year, thousands of student vocalists audition for a chance to be part of an elite group of New Jersey’s finest high school singers — and when the prestigious All-State Chorus convenes for the 2014-2015 school year, featured among the assembled voices will be eight students from the Visual and Performing Arts program at Red Bank Regional High School.

Representing RBR in the Mixed Chorus, a choir composed of 350 male and female voices, will be Alexa DeAnna (Keansburg), Jade Glab (Belmar) and Shannon O’Donnell (Little Silver). Taking part in the 150-voice Women’s Chorus will be Mackenzie Clark (Shrewsbury), Jaclyn Gisondi (Shrewsbury), Jazmin Graham (Belmar), Lauren O’Brien (Middletown), and Dannielle Wolf (Shrewsbury).
