Ashley (nee Dupré) Earle, owner of Femme by Ashley, at 15 Broad Street, announced in an email to customers Wednesday that she’s closing the four-year-old lingerie and swimwear boutique to focus on raising her two children.

Red Bank lingerie store owner Ashley Dupré married boyfriend TJ Earle in Paris two weeks ago, the New York Daily News reported Sunday.

The “one-time escort who helped sock it to former Gov. Eliot Spitzer” married the “construction honcho” in a private ceremony in a penthouse atop the Four Seasons Hotel George V, the newspaper reported, citing confidential sources.

Red Bank’s Salon Concrete reopened for business Wednesday at a new Broad Street location, a move owner Christine Zilinski says had been a “long time coming.”

The process of occupying the 2,500-square-foot location at 123 Broad – formerly home of Surray Luggage – began almost a full year ago. After signing the lease, it took until October to start renovation work on a space that had been an eyesore vacancy for almost six years.

“Then Sandy hit, and that of course put us back a little bit,” said Zilinski.

Red Bank lingerie merchant Ashley Dupré may have moved on, but a book publisher is clearly hoping her notoriety as the prostitute who abruptly ended Eliot Spitzer’s run as governor of New York has legs.

HarperCollins has just published an e-book titled ‘Tricks of the Trade,’ a collection of sex-and-relationship advice columns Dupré wrote for the New York Post until last year, when she opened Femme By Ashley, an underwear and swimwear shop on Broad Street.

A primo spot on the sunny side of Monmouth Street in Red Bank is about to get some ice.

Most recently home to Soapmarket, which vacated in January to become an online-only retailer, 12 Monmouth is being outfitted for Ice Costume Jewelry, which hopes to open in just a couple of weeks, store manager Ashely Goral tells redbankgreen‘s Retail Churn.

Ashley Dupré, the former high-priced courtesan whose romps with Eliot Spitzer torpedoed his career as New York’s governor, plans to open a lingerie and swimwear store in Red Bank, redbankgreen has learned.

Operating under the name Femme by Ashley, Dupré has signed a lease at 15 Broad Street, a stylish storefront recently vacated by children’s boutique Lavish Kids, a source close to Dupré confirms.
