• Courtney Frank, age 22, from Renfrew Place in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on October 3, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Colfer on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Belmar Boro Municipal Court. She was released after posting $450.00 bail.

• Audil Abassi, age 19, from Christie Street in Ridgefield, NJ, arrested on October 3, 2012 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

RED BANK: 10-YEAR-OLD BUSTED FOR ASSAULT

Criminal Mischief occurring between 4-20-12 and 4-21-12 at  W. Front St. Victim advised that unknown subjects knocked over to large flowerpots in front of business and destroyed the plants. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Burglary, Theft reported on 4-22-12 at  Hudson Ave.—one car detached garage.  Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered garage and removed auto parts.  Ptl. James Deponte.
