RED BANK: 10-YEAR-OLD BUSTED FOR ASSAULT

Theft reported on 4-21-12 but occurred on 4-17-12 in the area of Primary School. Victim advised that while at the school picking up child, dropped an envelope containing cash.  Upon return could not find the envelope. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 4-20-12 and 4-21-12 at  W. Front St. Victim advised that unknown subjects knocked over to large flowerpots in front of business and destroyed the plants. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Burglary, Theft reported on 4-22-12 at  Hudson Ave.—one car detached garage.  Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered garage and removed auto parts.  Ptl. James Deponte.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 4-21-12 at  N. Bridge Ave business. Unknown male subject kicked fence and broke a solar light.  Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Magdelena Monge, age 19 female of Red Bank was arrested on 4-26-12 in the area of River St. for Simple Assault by Ptl Jorge Torres.

Filberto Perez-Arenas, age 36 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 4-25-12 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Sgt. Errico Vescio.

Jacly Kaczynski, age 27 female of Middletown was arrested on 4-25-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Alexander Contreras, age 35 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-24-12 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Andrew Kupper, age 41 male of Rahway was arrested on 4-22-12 in the area of Mechanic Street for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Peter Poulson, age 22 male of Lincroft was arrested on 4-21-12 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

Steven Cirincione, age 22 male of Holmdel was arrested on 4-21-12 in the area of Water St. for Theft by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Carmine Giordano, age 22 male of Lincroft was arrested on 4-21-12 in the area of Water St. for Theft by Ptl. John Camarca.

Rudolph Howard, age 61 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-21-12 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Henry Dougherty, age 47 male of Jackson was arrested on 4-21-12 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana Under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Sgt. Robert Clayton.

A female age 10 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-20-12 in the area of Harding Rd. for Simple Assault by Det. Wendy Samis. [SEE * BELOW]

A female age 16 of Atlantic Highlands was arrested on 4-20-12 in the area of River Road for Poss. of Alcohol Underage by Ptl. John Camarca.

Matthew Rossi, age 23 female of Tinton Falls was arrested on 4-20-12 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for COC by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Kimberly Rossi, age 44 female of Tinton Falls was arrested on 4-20-12 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

* [RBPD Captain Darren McConnell tells redbankgreen that the girl was charged on a complaint signed by the mother of the victim after the alleged assault, which occurred at the middle school, sent her daughter to the emergency room with injuries. “It was more than the usual schoolyard tussle,” he said.]
