Theft: In the area of Broad St a report was made on 11/03/17 that several items were missing from a business from a Moving Company moving from one location to another. The items missing are 7 Apple I-phones valued at $2100.00, a HP computer printer valued at $250.00, and a laminating machine valued at $200.00. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Criminal Mischief: On 11/03/17 in the area of West Front St it was reported that the outlet covers were removed and partially pulled out of the electrical boxes on two Light Posts. Damages total less than $500.00. Ptl. Darren M. McConnell.

2017_authorities_cherrytop_rb3A Long Branch man is facing multiple charges after a “violent” scuffle with Red Bank police Monday afternoon.

The incident began when two police detectives, James Deponte and Paul Perez, spotted a suspicious subject in a vehicle on River Street near Bridge Avenue, according to Chief Darren McConnell.

FAIR HAVEN: FEBRUARY POLICE REPORTS

02/1 – Patrols were dispatched to Fair Haven Fields for a reported theft. Upon arrival they were met by the victim who reported that an unknown actor(s) had broken the rear window of her vehicle and taken and bag containing personal items. Ptl. Brooks Robinson took the report.

02/3 – Joseph Radic, 45, Colts Neck was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop and charged with Driving while intoxicated. Mr. Radic also received citations for Speeding, Reckless driving, Failure to maintain lane and refusal to submit to breath samples. Subject was later released pending a court appearance. Ptl.
