retail churn smallTwo young Red Bank businesses are in an expansive mood these days, doubling their leasing commitments.

Kristen Winters, who opened women’s clothing boutique Cabana 19 on White Street just 16 months ago, has busted through a wall to take over space vacated this month by Rare Breed Sneakers.

And bike dealer Jonathan Erdelyi is setting up an outpost for his West Front Street-based Red Bicycle Studio in Fair Haven.

RED BANK: LINING UP FOR THEIR LeBRONS

Nearly a dozen “certified sneakerheads,” in the words of one, waited outside Rare Breed Footwear on White Street in Red Bank Saturday morning for the debut of the new, limited-edition LeBron James 10 Denims. The shoes, which retail for $180 a pair, are expected to quickly fetch as much as $800 in the aftermarket, said Derrick Vega, 30, a collector and dealer who’s been waiting outside the store since Thursday night.
