RED BANK: SKATEBOARDER CHARGED FOR POT

A routine call about illegal skateboarding at the Globe Court parking garage resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Barnegat man, Matthew Velez, for misdemeanor marijuana possession Wednesday afternoon, Red Bank police said.
