TRUCKIN’ IN FAIR HAVEN

Fair Havenites gathered at the borough firehouse on Saturday for a ‘wetdown,’ the official welcome of Engine 1375, the volunteer fire department‘s first new fire truck since 1981. It’s been in service for 14 months now.

The event drew curious firefighters from around the region, not to mention some delighted kids of various ages.

Here are some pix showing the truck’s assembly.
