For the second year in a row, the girls of Fair Haven’s Knollwood School rolled through the Red Kettle Classic tourney, held this weekend at the Salvation Army gym in Red Bank.
They defeated the St. James (Red Bank) Royals, 28 to 21 in the final, held Saturday.
The St. James boys also made it to the final, where they fell to the Shrewsbury Tigers, 31 to 20.
In the Friday night tournament openers, both the boys and girls of the Red Bank Middle School defeated crosstown rivals from the Red Bank Charter School.
