BLOTTER: DOUBLE THE TROUBLE

Today we’ve got two weeks worth of crime reports provided by the Red Bank Police Department. The first is for the week of February 19 to February 26, 2010, and that’s followed by reports from the following week. This information appears here unedited.

Shoplifting occurring on 2-22-10 at Broad St.-Grocery Store. Victim reported that subject shoplifted food without paying for same. No complaints signed. Ptl. Gary Watson.

Attempted Burglary occurring on 2-22-10 at Manor Drive. Resident reported that unknown person(s) damaged rear door by causing pry marks and damage to door molding. Entry was not gained. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Robbery occurring on 2-22-10 in the area of West Bergen Place. Victim reported that while walking, two black male subjects, possibly 18 to 19 years old, dressed in black wearing ski masks approached subject and demanded money. One of the subjects placed a sharp object against the victim’s chest and other subject struck the victim in the right side of head causing him to fall. Suspects took cash and fled the area. Ptl. Burglary occurring at Rector Place on 2-23-10. Victim reported that unknown person gained entry into apartment by prying door open. Stolen were cash and an 8 month old Pomeranian puppy. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

ARRESTS 6 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:
Amy Ward, age 35 female from Hoboken, NJ was arrested on 2-26-10 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Shield Wilkerson, age 59 male from Tinton Falls was arrested on 2-26-10 in the area of Maple Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Gabriel Ramos, age 65 male from Eatontown was arrested on 2-20-10 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Stefanie Tillman, age 19 female from Spring Lake was arrested on 2-19-10 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI and Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Ashon Lovick, Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Jeffrey Levine, age 53 male of Basking Ridge, NJ was arrested on 2-19-10 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Reports for the week of February 26 through March 5, 2010:

Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-27-10 at Catherine Street residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke the window in front of her residence. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft occurring at East Newman Spring Rd-Auto Dealership between the dates of 2-26-10 and 3-1-10. Victim reported that stereo equipment was removed from his vehicle. Ptl. Heather Pubylski

Criminal Mischief occurring on 3-2-10 at Monmouth St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) caused damage to parked vehicle by cracking the windshield of his vehicle. Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Criminal Mischief occurring at West Bergen Place between 3-1-10 and 3-2-10. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged the metal molding which is part of the windshield on parked vehicle. Sgt. Michael Furlong.

Theft reported on 3-2-10, but occurred between 2-1-10 and 2-16-10 at River Street-School. Unknown person(s) stole a Kodak digital camera, silver in color from computer lab. Ptl. Heather Publyski.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 3-3-10 at Maple Avenue. Employee reported that unknown subject(s) wrote graffiti on basement walls and also set a roll of toilet paper on fire. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Shoplifting occurring at White St on 3-4-10. Employee reported that a white female, approx. 5’6″, thin with blonde hair, wearing all black entered store and left with a pair of jeans without paying for same. Ptl. Dawn Shields.

ARRESTS 3 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:

Mark Fontan, age 42 male of Red Bank was arrested on 3-4-10 in the area of Maple Ave. for being a Fugitive from Justice in Florida, by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich

Nathan Harary, age 50 male from W. Long Branch was arrested on 3-2-10 in the area of Newman Springs Rd for Obstructing Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. John Camarca.

Gary Frattalone, age 45 male of Red Bank and Gary Frattalone, male age 21 (son) of Red Bank were arrested on 2-28-10 in the area of Leroy Place for Harassment by Ptl. Ashon Lovick. [UPDATE, JULY 7, 2014: The harassment charge against Gary J. Frattalone (the father) was dismissed by court order on March 9, 2010, and a domestic violence case against Gary E. Frattalone was dismissed April 12, 2010.]

Samuels Rohan, age 40 male of Snowmass Village, Colorado was arrested on 2-28-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.
