POLICE BLOTTER: ARMED ROBBERY REPORTED

Criminal Mischief occurring on 4-9-10 at River St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) smashed windshield on parked vehicle. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Theft occurring at the corner of Ambassador Drive between 4-8-10 and 4-9-10. Unknown person(s) stole two signs from corner which was a white sign with bronze raised letters reading “Elkridge” and one black sign with raised bronze letters reading “Elkridge” Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Armed Robbery occurring at St. Mary’s Place on 4-11-10. Victim reported that a tall, thin light skinned black male approx. 25 to 30, possibly Hispanic approached him, brandished a handgun and demanded the victim put his hands up. The accused then took an Instinct Cell Phone off of the victim’s belt and fled the area in a vehicle. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Theft occurring on 4-11-10 at Broad St. Victim reported that an Apple I Phone was stolen by unknown person(s) from a table where she had placed same while inside business. Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Theft and Criminal Mischief occurring at River St.-School between 4-9-10 and 4-12-10. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a small red and yellow table with two benches attached from the school playground. Also a toy house was disassembled and left at the scene. Ptl. Heather Publyski.

ARRESTS 6 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:
Peter Wilkins, age 37 male of Allenwood, NJ was arrested on 4-16-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Daniel Smith, age 18 male of Middletown was arrested on 4-12-10 in the area of Hubbard Ave and Pine Place for Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. James DePonte.

Michael Bender, age 26 male from Highlands was arrested on 4-10-10 in the area of Spring St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Rafael Orllana, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-10-10 in the area of Catherine St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.
