VANDALS HIT RIVERSIDE GARDENS PARK

Attempted Burglary at 52 Evergreen Terrace on 11-19-10. Report of unknown subject(s) attempted to break into the building. Found pry marks on lock and mail slot of door. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Burglary occurring between 11-18-10 and 11-19-10 at 58 McLaren St. residence. Victim reported that unknown subject gained entry into residence by smashing glass in rear door of home. Unknown if anything was stolen. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Criminal Mischief occurring at 50 West Front St.-Riverside Gardens over the weekend 11-20-10 thru 11-22-10. Report of several items being damaged in the park. Fifteen to twenty feet of limestone was removed from ledge and smashed into pieces. Several large metal garbage cans were thrown down the stairs causing steps to be broken. Garbage strewn over entire park area. Stair railings were damaged. Toilets in men’s restroom were stuffed with toilet paper and toilet paper was thrown into tree branches. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Criminal Trespass occurring on 11-25-10 at 16 Broad St. Apartment. Victim reported that two unknown males entered apartment. After calling police two subjects were arrested and in possession of a black CD case containing DVD’s. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Robbery occurring on 11-25-10 at 390 Shrewsbury Ave. Shell Gas Station. Victim reported that two unknown black male subjects entered the store and one of the subject(s) began to punch him about the body. The accused took a handful of cigars and left the area in a blue Chevy 4 door sedan. The accused described as black male, 25 years old, tall, dark complexion, curly black hair. Ptl. John Camarca. Burglary occurring between 11-22-10 and 11-25-10 at 155 River St. residence. Victim reported that unknown subjects broke lock on door, gained entry and damaged property within. Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Auto Theft occurring on 11-25-10 at 105 Locust Ave. Report of a 2007 silver Jeep Liberty, NJ Reg. ZNA90L stolen from parking lot by unknown subject(s) Vehicle subsequently recovered in Little Silver. Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Alvino Ahuatl-Xique, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-25-10 in the area of River St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Valry Levin, age 24 male of Fair Haven was arrested on 11-25-10 in the area of Broad St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl Robert Campanella.

Yuriy Levin, age 24 male of Fair Haven was arrested on 11-25-10 in the area of Broad St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Michael Klem, age 22 male of Monmouth Jct, NJ was arrested on 11-25-10 in the area of Broad St. for Criminal Trespass and Theft by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Edward Luschinski, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-25-10 in the area of Broad St. for Criminal Trespass by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Cody Edwards, age 21 male of Middletown was arrested on 11-25-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Ian Liberty age 18 male of Colts Neck was arrested on 11-24-10 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. for Purchasing Alcohol under age and Producing I.D. to Misstate Age. Ptl. David Hicks.

A 17-year-old male of Colts Neck was arrested on 11-24-0 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. for Underage Poss. of Alcohol by Ptl. George Travostino.

Justin Heidelberge, age 18 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-23-10 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Shoplifting by Sgt. Errico Vescio.

A juvenile male age 16 of Lincroft was arrested on 11-23-10 in the area of Water St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. James DePonte.

Fernando Jimenez-Tepepa, age 36 male of Long Branch was arrested on 11-20-10 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for DWI by Sgt. Errico Vescio.

Michael Johnson, age 23 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-20-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Jesus Menjivar-Lopez, age 33 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-19-10 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Harassment by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.
