Amid a national spike in gasoline prices, Sea Bright Service Station is the apparent winner in the race to $4-a-gallon gas in the greater Green. On Tuesday, the Ocean Avenue filling station advertised regular at $4.03 a gallon. Lukoil on Newman Springs Road in Shrewsbury hovered at $3.99 a gallon, according to gasbuddy.com.
