This one is sure to beat a dirty-water dog on the street.

Bravo channel’s hit show Top Chef is making a stop in Red Bank next week, part of a 21-city traveling show, Top Chef: The Tour.

Contestants — or “cheftestants” as the show calls them — from the last two seasons will hit the grill in an interactive, three-show set at Marine Park on May 26.

Bravo’s PR teams says the show will bring fans and viewers of the show to the next level, allowing visitors to taste what the contestants cook, interact with them and learn more about the show.

If you’re a fan, you may recognize the names.

Season-six contestant and Top Chef All-Star Jennifer Carroll and season-seven winner Kevin Sbraga will, in front of a panel of local judges, go head-to-head in a cook-off, followed by a meet-and-greet, food tasting and a lineup of Top Chef activities, including a chance to win prizes, a release from the cable company said.

If you want to go, it’s recommended you arrive at least a half-hour before the show.

Here’s the sked:

10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; noon to 1 p.m.; and 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Remember: Nothing makes a Red Bank friend happier than to hear "I saw you on Red Bank Green!"
