MIDDLETOWN COPS ARREST ALLEGED GROPER

authorities2a • On August 12, 2011 Patrolman Robert McNair responded to a residence on Monmouth Avenue in reference to a report of a subject who was groping himself in front of children. Officer McNair located the subject, identified as Louis Bono, age 57, from Monmouth Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, standing in the street.

Officer McNair conducted an investigation which resulted in Bono being arrested for two counts of Sexual Assault, one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Lewdness. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and held on $105,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Thomas Scully of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• On August 13, 2011 at approximately 3:40am Patrolman Jason Caruso responded to a residence on Bray Avenue in reference to a subject kicking a front door and then trying to get into the house through a window. Upon arrival the officer was given a description of the subject who had fled the area prior to police arrival.

Officer Caruso checked the surrounding streets and observed a subject fitting the description provided by the witness run into a residence on Bayside Parkway. Officer Caruso conducted an investigation which resulted in the arrest of Dylan Difilippo-Campbell, age 18, from Bayside Parkway in Middletown, NJ, for Criminal Mischief for the damage he caused to the window screen while trying to get into the house.

Difilippo-Campbell was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released pending a court date.

• On August 14, 2011 at approximately 12:40 am Patrolman Frank Mazza was on patrol in the area of Newman Springs Road when he stopped a vehicle for a license plate violation. The officer approached the vehicle at which point he observed Marijuana in plain view on the center console.

Officer Mazza conducted an investigation which resulted in the driver, identified as Anthony Febus, age 19, from Drumpoint Road in Brick, NJ, being arrested for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released pending a court date.

• On August 14, 2011 at approximately 12:55 am Patrolman Brady Carr was on patrol in the area of McMahon Park when he observed a suspicious vehicle parked next to the hockey rink. The officer checked the area and located two • subjects sitting in the dugouts near the rink.

Officer Carr conducted an investigation which resulted in one of the subjects, identified as Samantha Pace, age 19, from Highland Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, being arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol after Officer Carr located a bottle of Southern Comfort alcohol on her person.

Pace was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and released pending a court date.

• The Middletown Police Department reports the arrests of the following subjects for various offenses:

Jamea Coolahan, age 50, from West Hillsdale Avenue in Long Branch, NJ, arrested on August 14, 2011 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Elaine Marsillo, age 50, from Carolina Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on August 14, 2011 by Patrolman James Beirne for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Wayne Carhart, age 32, from Main Street in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on August 14, 2011 by Patrolman Robert McNair on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

Taylor Southon, age 20, from Cross Way in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 12, 2011 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Aberdeen Municipal Court. She was released after posting $114.00 bail.

Jessica Deoliveira, age 24, from Main Street in Belford, NJ, arrested on August 11, 2011 by Corporal Richard Fusella on three Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown, Florham Park and Denville Municipal Courts. She was released after posting $950.00 bail.

Ryan Connors, age 19, from Banfield Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 15, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.

Richard Hill, age 43, from Iris Drive in Long Branch, NJ, arrested on August 12, 2011 by Sergeant William Straniero on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000.00 bail.

Matthew Mckee, age 25, from Pedee Place in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 13, 2011 by Patrolman James Beirne on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.
