What a weekend, huh?
Near-freezing temperatures, sideways rain, snow, slush, then… brilliant sunshine, as though a switch was thrown.
Saturday’s “freak northeaster” dumped up to 19 inches of snow elsewhere in New Jersey, but spared the The Green its icy wrath. Then, on Sunday, hardly a cloud in the sky.
The National Weather Service forecasts a mostly sunny Monday with a high of 55 degrees or so.
Here’s the outlook for Monday night at the rest of the week:
Tonight: A slight chance of rain after 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 43. East wind between 6 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tuesday: A slight chance of rain before 2pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 56. Northeast wind between 10 and 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 42. North wind between 8 and 14 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 56. North wind between 6 and 8 mph.
Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 41.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 58.
Thursday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 46. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Friday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 46.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 57.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 47.
