PEDESTRIAN REPORTS GUNPOINT ROBBERY

The crime reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of January 20 to January 27, 2012. This information is unedited.

Theft occurring between 1-16-12 and 1-21-12 at  East Bergen Place.  Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole his IBIS Mountain Bike, color shiny copper.  Ptl. John Camarca.

Theft occurring at  Dr. James Parker Blvd. Parking lot on 1-21-12.  A cab driver reported that he picked up four person(s) in Middletown and transported them to above address.  One of the subject’s asked cab driver for change of a $20.00 bill.  Cab driver pulled bills out of his pocket and at this point the subject grabbed money from cab driver’s hand and fled.  Sgt. Robbery occurring at  Bridge Ave. on 1-24-12.  Victim reported that while walking an unknown Hispanic male subject approached him, brandished a gun and said give me your money.  Victim handed over cash and a Metro PCS cell phone to perpetrator who then fled on foot.  Ptl. Criminal Mischief occurring between 1-24-12 and 1-25-12 at  Wallace Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) poured soda on parked vehicle.  Lt. Daniel Bannon.

Graffiti reported on 1-26-12 at Marine Park.  Report of graffiti being deployed onto electrical box in park.  Ptl. David Hicks

Quran Salaam, 46 year old male of E. Orange was arrested on 1-27-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [CONTEMPT OF COURT] by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Thomas Armstrong, age 30 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-26-12 in the area of Monmouth St for COC by Ptl. Ashon Lovick

Michael Durnin, age 20 male of Keansburg was arrested on 1-26-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

James Stone, age 60 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-26-12 in the area of Prospect Ave. for COC  and DWI by Ptl. David Hicks and Ptl. Beau Broadley.

Elisabeth Jacomme, age 45 female of Fair Haven was arrested on 1-24-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Aggravated Assault on Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Poss. of Weapon and Poss of Weapon w/ Unlawful Purpose by Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Melvin Leggard, age 19 male of Linden, NJ was arrested o n 1-24-12 in the area of Linden Place for COC and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. John Camarca.

Artis Edwards, age 49 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-24-12 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia  by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Kenneth Persico, age 45 male of Keansburg was arrested on 1-23-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct and  Poss. of Open Container of Alcohol by Jonathan Quispe.

Noelle Duverger, age 26 female of Red Bank was arrested on 1-23-12 in the area of E. Bergen Place for Agg. Assault, Poss. of Weapon w/ Unlawful Purpose by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Ronald Tindal, age 23 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-22-12 in the area of Central Ave. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Kathy Kirwin, age 49 female of Matawan was arrested on 1-21-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. George Travostino.

Michael Bergan, age 50 male from New York City was arrested on 1-21-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Assault on Police Officer by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich and Ptl Gary Watson.

Larry Sampson, age 41 male of Irvington, NJ was arrested on 1-20-12 in the area of Spring St. for COC by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Whitney Alderman, age 20 female of Lincroft was arrested on 1-20-12 in the area of S. Bridge Ave. for DWI and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia  by Pt. Beau Broadley.

Ronald Forehand, age 46 male of Eatontown was arrested on 1-20-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC and Hindering Apprehnsion by Pt. Stan Balmer.
