• Michael Patrick, age 18, from Port Monmouth Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 15, 2012 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. He was transferred to the Highlands Police Department.

• James Breschard, age 42, from Royal Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 15, 2012 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000.00 bail.

• Nora Wiener, age 54, from Majestic Avenue in Lincroft, NJ, arrested on March 15, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for Driving While Intoxicated, Disorderly Conduct and Refusal to Submit to Taking of Breath Samples. She was released pending a court date.
