A cold rain didn’t throw a damper on Red Bank RiverCenter‘s first-ever Bar Bounce, held Saturday afternoon at 12 borough taverns, including Taste, above, and Jamian’s, at right. The event drew 440 participants and raised $11,589, to be divided among three charities created to help victims of Hurricane Sandy, officials said.
