call-in-the-authorities• On March 29, 2013 the Middletown Police Detective Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at a Kolas Court residence. The warrant execution was the result of a month long investigation conducted by Detective Kevin Gardiner and Officers Richard Fulham and Anthony Bumbico regarding the sale of Marijuana from the residence.

The warrant resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Squicciarini, age 21, from Kolas Court in Middletown, NJ, for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of over One Ounce of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Hash, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. He was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ, on $35,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge John Tassini of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• Christopher Bittle, age 35, from Seaview Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on March 21, 2013 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Old Bridge and Keansburg Municipal Courts. He was released after posting $469.00 in bail.

• James Molloy, age 34, from Powell Avenue in Clark Summit, PA, arrested on March 23, 2013 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Joshua Palmer, age 25, from Misery Lane Factoryville, PA, arrested on March 23, 2013 by Patrolman Adam Colfer for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Sean Figaro, age 18, from Garfield Avenue in Belford, NJ, arrested on March 23, 2013 by Patrolman James Beirne for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana within 1000 feet of a School Zone and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released after posting $3,500.00 with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Kevin Kost, age 26, from Magnolia Terrace in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 23, 2013 by Patrolman David Crenshaw for Simple Assault. He was released after posting $2,500.00 bail with no 10% option.

• Mark Seitz, age 45, from Park Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 22, 2013 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Detective Lieutenant Stephen Dollinger for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

• Donna Diodato, age 49, from Tiensch Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on March 22, 2013 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

• Brian Rosenberg, age 28, from Manning Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on March 22, 2013 by Patrolman Charles Higgins on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Tinto Falls Municipal Court. He was held on $229.00 bail.

• Peter Alverez, age 45, from Flomar Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on March 22, 2013 by Patrolman Charles Higgins on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Marlboro Municipal Court. He was held on $500.00 bail.

• Louis Cevasco, age 18, from Tennent Road in Morganville, NJ, arrested on March 23, 2013 by Patrolman Kent Thornton for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. He was released pending a court date.

• Joseph Popailo, age 39, from Kentucky Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 21, 2013 by Corporal Robert McNair for Theft. He was released pending a court date.

• Kevin Duffy, age 18, from Park Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on March 24, 2013 by Patrolman Charles Higgins on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. He was held on $500.00 bail.

• Thiam Nelson, age 32, from Monmouth Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on March 24, 2013 by Patrolman David Crenshaw for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

• On March 25, 2013 Patrolman David Crenshaw arrested a 16 year old male juvenile from Port Monmouth, NJ, for Criminal Mischief, Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, and Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

• Gary Grieser, age 19, from Navesink Avenue in Highlands, NJ, arrested on March 26, 2013 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released on $1,500.00 bail.

• Jon Morgan, age 23, from Seabreeze Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 25, 2013 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Joseph Felici, age 31, from Fairview Avenue in West Orange, NJ, arrested on March 25, 2013 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was released after posting $164.00 bail.

• Scott Hadel, age 26, from North Lake Drive in New Monmouth, NJ, arrested on March 25, 2013 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

• Thomas Dyer, age 27, from Martin Terrace in Woodbridge, NJ, arrested on March 25, 2013 by Patrolman Adam Vendetti on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000.00 bail.

• On March 26, 2013 Patrolman Richard Belmonte arrested a 14 year old male juvenile from Middletown, NJ, for Aggravated Assault and Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.
