Report of motor vehicle accident in the area of Rt. 35 on 3/24/13. Officers arrived and arrested driver Daniel A. Becerra-Tapia, male age 32 of Middletown for DUI. No parties were injured. Ptl. Ryan Cullinane investigating.
Two juvenile males were taken into short term custody on 3/23/13 for Underage Possession of Alcohol in the area of Sycamore Ave. Juveniles were later released to parents. Sgt. Michael Gallagher investigating.

Thomas Viggiano III, male age 43 of Long Branch was arrested on 3/25/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Rt. 35 by Ptl. Frank Neary.
Andrew C. Fitzpatrick, male age 21 of Myrtle Beach, SC was arrested on 3/27/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Rt. 35 by Ptl. Ryan Cullinane.
Jessica L. Sutton, female age 31 of Oceanport was arrested on 3/27/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Ave by Ptl. Mary Ellen Jennings.
Tyree M. Wilson, male age 24 of Neptune was arrested on 3/27/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Ave. by Ptl. Mary Ellen Jennings.
