Alone at last on Thursday night’s Red Bank zoning board agenda is a proposal for a 35-unit apartment building at 55 West Front Street, opposite Riverside Gardens Park. A hearing on the plan, dubbed the Element, began last April, but has since been postponed numerous times since its last public airing in September. (Architect’s rendering. Click to enlarge)
