Report of Theft in the area of Avenue at the Commons on 8/29/16. Victim reports unknown subject(s) removed prescription pad to obtain medication. Ptl. Derek Myers investigating.

Report of Harassment in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on 8/31/16. Victim reports threatening phone calls made to place of employment. Ptl. Daniel DeCristofaro investigating.

Arrests

Peter Delamos, male age 77 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8/28/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Sgt. Tracy Polk.

Abraham L. Diaznieto, male age 51 of Long Branch was arrested on 8/28/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Ptl. Daniel DeCristofaro.

John H. Schwinn, male age 52 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8/29/16 for Driving While Intoxicated in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Special Law Enforcement Officer Kyle Ludwig.

Brooke A. McDermott, female age 19 of Long Branch was arrested 8/31/16 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Contempt of Court in the area of White Street by Special Law Enforcement Officer Kyle Ludwig.
