A pile of rubble was all that remained Friday of a building at 812-814 River Road in Fair Haven.
What’s going on here?
As reported by redbankgreen in December, 2015, ForeFront Corporation, based a few doors west, plans to construct a replica of the building, which was said to be beyond repair, and connect it to a 150-year-old structure to the east with a new glass-filled central section, as shown in the rendering above right.
Forefront principal Michel Berger tells redbankgreen he expects the project to be completed in December. The company plans to use the space to accommodate employment growth. (Photo by John T. Ward. Rendering by Matt Cronin. Click to enlarge)
