A boat traveled through fog on the Navesink River off Marine Park in Red Bank Monday morning. The fog was expected to lift by 10 a.m., but alternating rain and cloudy skies were expected to linger until Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. (Photo by Trish Russoniello.
