FAIR HAVEN: FEBRUARY POLICE REPORTS

02/1 – Patrols were dispatched to Fair Haven Fields for a reported theft. Upon arrival they were met by the victim who reported that an unknown actor(s) had broken the rear window of her vehicle and taken and bag containing personal items. Ptl. Brooks Robinson took the report.

02/3 – Joseph Radic, 45, Colts Neck was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop and charged with Driving while intoxicated. Mr. Radic also received citations for Speeding, Reckless driving, Failure to maintain lane and refusal to submit to breath samples. Subject was later released pending a court appearance. Ptl. William Lagrotteria was the arresting Officer.

02/07 – A Katherine Street resident reported that an unknown subject(s) attempted to open two AT&T/Sprint Accounts in her name. Ptl. Eric Patton took the report.

02/08 – A Third Street resident reported that an unknown subject(s) had attempted to open a TJ-MAXX credit card in his name. Ptl. Christian Hostrup took the report.

02/11 – Lewis Point Rd, multiple Juveniles were located at a party with consumption of alcohol under age. Ptl. Lagrotteria was the responding officer. Juveniles turned over to their parents.

02/17 – Elizabeth Towns, 49, Shrewsbury was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop after an active warrant was located. Mrs. Towns was transported to Hdqs and later released after posting bail. Officer Michael Volker was the arresting Officer.

02/18 – Fair Haven Fields Officer Volker located two Juveniles in possession of CDS and were taken into custody. The Juveniles were from Fair Haven and Rumson. They were both release to a guardian.

02/19 – David Foster, 64, Fair Haven was placed under arrest for Driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle accident , in which he struck a parked car on River Road. Mr. Foster also received summons for reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. Subject was transported to Hdqs were he was processed and later released pending a court appearance. Ptl. John Koetzner was the arresting Officer.

02/24 – Michael Materano, 18, Middletown was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of a weapon (Knife). Mr. Materano also received traffic summonses for Possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, Use of Cell phone in operation of an MV, failure to wear a seatbelt and obstructed windshield. Subject was processed and released pending a court appearance. Ptl. Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

02/26 – A Grange Ave resident reported that an unknown subject(s) stole an Apple I Watch from their residence. Ptl. William Lagrotteria took the report.
