Rutgers journalism and media studies professor John Pavlik talks about ‘fake’ news and its impact on democracy when he appears as guest speaker at a meeting of Red Bank Humanists Sunday.

Pavlik’s discussion topics will also include how new communication technologies are reshaping the democratic process.

The event, which is open to the public, is slated for 10:30 a.m. at the Red Bank Charter School. (Click to enlarge)
