Santa Claus came to town courtesy of Red Bank Fire Department Monday, beginning a trip around Red Bank at roughly 5 pm.
Braving the freezing temperatures, young Red Bankers patiently awaited Santa’s arrival, encouraged by flashing lights and blaring sirens making their way in the distance.
The visit is organized annually by the volunteer firefighters of Navesink Hook and Ladder as part of its annual Santa present drop.
This event, according to the website, is one of the few fundraising opportunities for the volunteer firefighters throughout the year. Red Bankers can offer additional donations through the form on the website linked here.
