Work continued into the late night hours on Bank Street Tuesday night as a crew replaced several water lines to homes under the town wide lead abatement program. Amid frigid temperatures and stinging wind chills workers took a break for dinner. The address was the scene earlier in the day of the Red Bank Police Department’s towing of five vehicles from in front of 90 Bank Street. The vehicles were towed so the water line work could be done.
