Here’s the answer to last week’s “Where.”
Last week’s photo was of the office building at 10 Drs James Parker Boulevard. It’s an office building of a unique architectural style (at least for Red Bank) that’s home to a variety of businesses including Yellow Car Co., Monmouth Telecom, and Shillberg Law. We did a bit of poking around to identify the architecture style of this unique building and downloaded a cool looking architecture app designed for this task that did not work at all. So we’ll settle on our own questionably accurate (and made up on the spot) description of it as suburban brutalist.
A look at the 2020 image captured by Google street view (picture at right) reveals the makeover the building has undergone fairly recently, including the elimination of the “10 West Bergen” lettering and the removal of the glass enclosure over the staircase in the photo. It also got a new battleship grey paint job.
